WARRANTY:
All of our NEW products are covered by a 1 year LIMITED factory
warranty. This covers any damage or breakage caused by a manufactures
"defect" or workmanship. We do not cover breakage of
product cause by mis-use or intentional damage. All returns must
be supply with a receipt of purchase and or a RA number from us.
Please contact us prior to any returns. WARRANTY
coverage does not include shipping costs or labor costs for replacement.
These costs must be covered by the customer.
We
do allow NEW product exchanges or CASH refund with in 30 days
of purchase as long as the product is unused. Customer is responsible
for return shipping and fees.
We
will make all means to correct a product warranty problem with
complete satisfaction. Every return is different so please feel
free to contact us with any questions or comments.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We
accept payment via paypal.com (independent CC# processor) you
will be automatically directed there when "checking out".
There you can pay using all types of CC's or send us a payment
directly from your paypal account. you can also have items shipped
C.O.D ($10.00 charge) or you can send payment to us in the form
of a money order or cashiers check. If paying by cashiers check,
C.O.D or money order you must contact us first to place your order.

METHOD OF SHPPING: We
ship all orders via UPS ground service or USPS mail with in the
USA. If you would like faster shipping contact us for a price

It all depends on the details of the return, We can have most
problems handled with in 10 days.

We can have an order shipped with in 48 hours if the item is in
stock. Shipping takes about 2-6 days depending on your location?
